Booking

Deposit (40%) as confirmation of booking, by Bank Transfer. The balance (60%) must be paid 40 days before the arrival by Bank Transfer. For bookings made less than 40 days before the start of the rental period, payment must be made in full. The reservation is confirmed by the customer with the return of the completed and signed vouchers. By the villa the booking is confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

Cancellation

If the customer deletes the reservation entirely loses the deposit paid at time of booking. If cancellation occurs between 60 and 30 days before the start of the rental period, is required for 50% of the total, while for cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival, the customer must pay the full amount.
